Statement of the policy
- Every Retailer who is doing business with Aqualens from Aqualens B2B portal and keeping stocks for contact Lenses. Minimum business to Eligible for Return/ Exchange value 20000 or purchased specific Contact lens more than 30 boxes in one bill.
Return/ Exchange possible only for below valid reasons
Product getting expired within next 6 months
- For Solutions Exchange will be possible only when 90 days left for Expiry.
- For Contact lenses Exchange will be possible only when 6 months of Expiry is left.
- Please note- Expired products will not be taken back or any settlement against the expired materials.
Exchange of nonmoving Colors or powers
- Exchange window will be opened every Quarter end.
- Exchange can be possible only after the 3 months from date of purchase.
Wallet credit on return
- Return amount will be credited to aqualens wallet after the product will reach the warehouse and validation done.
- Return/Exchange is possible only when return orders has a value of less than 10% of Invoice value.
- Return/Exchange is possible for orders with purchase date maximum 6 months ago.
Return / Exchange Process
- Any Return/ Exchange needs to be informed to processed through aqualensb2b.com.
- Once the Retailer raise the request of return/ Exchange it needs to be validated by Area Manager and then approve the request after validation.
- After Area manager approves it will be approved by B2B Head.
- Once B2B head approves the respective product should be collected by courier companies.
- Once stock is back in warehouse and verified by return team, the validated quantity will be confirmed by return team. On validation by retailer the equivalent amount will be credited to the wallet.
- Total time for the entire process will be 2-4 weeks from date of Stock picking.
